This is another concept painting for a dwarf. The challenge was to create a dwarf lord with a huge weapon. I decided to give him a samurai inspired armor and a huge maul, instead of the battle axe. Hope you enjoy it. Comments are most welcome.

Very good, It has some of the harsh angles and geometry that is common in most dwarven works, but with a bit of fluidity in the armor design to set it apart. Usually the face of a dwarf is shown to be more square shaped with very harsh lines and angles, to better differentiate them from humans. However the fact that he can comfortably lift that massive maul one-handed shows quite clearly that he isnt human. I also quite like the weapon choice, it shows a bit of the Dwarven style, big weapons that dont always look good but get the job done, and a preferance for overwhelming force.
My previous statment is not good enough, Amazing has a nice ring to it though.

Fav it! I love Mauls more than more or less any other weapon, and dwarves more than any other race! Which is ironic... cause of how tall i am... or at least i think so... lolz... in any case AWESOME!
